Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Returns Due to Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the faulty or damaged item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Change of Mind Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our dog treats, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Return Shipping Costs

For faulty or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
